There are a few reasons I mentioned Lauren Conrad in this post.

Reason #1
First off, she has always been one of my favorite role models. I loved watching her grow and chase her dreams from Laguna beach to the Hills. She was very determined and I always felt I could relate to her. I now follow her blog and can still watch her reality shows over and over again!

Reason #2:
My friends and I always seem to get talking about our future and careers at some point when we get together. Last night at dinner the topic came up and we discussed where we hope to see ourselves in the future. One of my friends asked me if I was going to move to New York. She said, "You remind me of a Lauren Conrad type of girl." She said she could really see me living and working in New York City. I was a little bit surprised, [I mean, I LOVE that I remind her of LC ;) ] but I told her that I've thought about it and I think it would be amazing to move to New York and find a job I truly love. However I would definitely have a tough time leaving my family.

This conversation got me thinking about New York all over again. I've always played around with the idea in my head. Since I will be heading into my senior year of college this August, I need to start thinking about jobs and it seems like every conversation ends up on this topic lately. (which I know is normal; all of my friends are seniors as well and we are scared!!!) But I started to really think about it again and although I may not move to New York right out of college; I may end up there. I definitely get starry-eyed when I begin to dream about the possibilities of moving to New York. ★

Today I am at Sorrelli and I have been spending time on Pinterest! I have been creating a few boards for Sorrelli's Pinterest. My supervisor said she wanted to kind of revamp their account! I am ALWAYS up for a project like this. Some boards have been about the product and some, like the one I am creating today, are simply inspirational boards. Today I am creating a " Fall Inspiration" board for when Sorrelli redecorates their window for fall! It's so fun sharing my ideas and so far, everyone has liked them! :)
Here are a few of my favorites from my fall inspiration board:

Today was a very busy day at Sorrelli, but about halfway through the interns were sent out on a mission! The mission: to bring back milkshakes for the marketing meeting! We had an order of 10 milkshakes!! Pictured here is the other intern for Sorrelli, Jenny, and myself. We walked to Pop's in Kutztown and overwhelmed the poor girl at the counter. But she did it! Ten raspberry cashew flavored milkshakes (interesting flavor, right?). Then, as you can see in this picture Jenny and I had the challenge of carrying them all back to the office. We had fun though! It's always nice to get out of the office for a bit :)

Some of Sorrelli's Coral Reef collection I was tagging today. I'm in love with it. Simply gorgeous!

This is little miss Kiku. I am dog sitting her today and she is so fun and energetic! I had to share my pictures of her because she is just too precious! She's a 6 month old Shiba Inu. I never heard of the breed before but she's adorable. I love dogs and when a friend of a friend needed someone I was on it! I just watched her for two days but it was fun :)

My mom, older sister, and I went on a "Wine Walk" last night with my Aunt, my cousin, and a few of their friends. It was was so much fun! You go to the place listed on the brochure which for us was SHE (an accessories store) to donate and get a wrist band. Then you are free to walk to any of the other small businesses listed on the flyer and they each have a different kind of wine for you to taste! So yummy! We had a great time strolling through west reading, checking out each store, and then finding out where the wine was at! I definitely recommend wine walks :)

We met this cute little Chicken along the way!
She was the advertisement for Chicken Supreme :)

Just some Sorrelli Sparkle to brighten up the day!
This is Sorrelli's Silver Shade Series Bib Necklace.

"Made purely with Swarovski crystal, this necklace is layered in high-end, classic elegance. True to the Avant Garde collection, the Sorrelli Swarovski Crystal Necklace is a work of art. Not for the faint of heart, prepare to be the center of attention whenever you decide to take this piece on a night out."

This post is dedicated to my very first best friend since I was born: my older sister. We did absolutely everything together and, as you can tell, we loved fashion and everything girly right from the beginning. For my sister's birthday this year, I blew up this photo and put it in a frame and then wrote and drew on the matted insert to personalize it. It was a personal gift and one I knew she'd love because it truly represents our childhood and growing up together. Divas from the beginning!

This is pretty much how my fourth of July went! We had a great day. We spent it at my aunt's house and ate a lot of food, drank a lot of beer, and played a lot of games outside! Good old family fun :)

The little cutie in the star patterned dress is my 13 year old sister. I love her to death!
